Tidings is primarily focused on classically styled single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons. The wines are handmade using traditional techniques by Reid Griggs in Napa Valley where he works and lives. The wines are made with wild yeasts, air, and time–they are treated with the respect reserved for a living thing–and are bottled unfined and unfiltered. When made with this reverence for the natural world, and the attention to detail taught to him by the people he has been lucky enough to work with, the Tidings wines embody purity and are reflections of the places they are grown.
